Accessibility standard and review
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA to guide the implementation and testing of this website. Our October 8, 2026 review covered the English and Spanish pages, automated rendered-page checks, narrow-screen layouts, enlarged text, text spacing, source review, and selected keyboard and form interactions. Comprehensive testing with assistive technologies remains outstanding, so this review does not establish full WCAG conformance.
Accessibility features
The website includes:
- Clear headings, landmarks, link text, and page structure.
- Keyboard operation and visible keyboard focus.
- Responsive layouts and support for browser text resizing and zoom.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences.
- Labels, instructions, and understandable errors in forms.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and media.
- Text-based contact details and alternatives to the embedded map.
Automated checks can help identify some issues, but they do not find every barrier. Our latest corrections strengthened keyboard-focus and form-field visibility, clarified required fields, and improved submission feedback. We continue to review accessibility as content and features change.
Third-party features
Some features, such as embedded maps or other third-party services, are provided by companies that we do not control. We still want the information and services offered through those features to be available to you. Please contact us if a third-party feature creates a barrier, and we will make a reasonable effort to provide the information another way. The office address is available as text beside the map; you can also call or email for directions.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, contact us by email or telephone. It is helpful to include the page address, a short description of the issue, and the format or assistance you need. If you are comfortable doing so, you may also identify the browser, device, or assistive technology involved. You do not need to disclose a disability to request help. Please avoid including medical records or confidential case information in an accessibility report.
We will make a reasonable effort to provide the requested information or access through an effective alternative and to use your report in our continuing improvement work. You may request an accessible format or communication method that works for you. If the web form is difficult to use, you can contact us directly using the details below.
